All about me.......
I am the self-taught photographer so to speak.....only by definition of
having no "formal" training but countless hours of on the job training. I
have always enjoyed looking at pictures and even more being the one taking
them. Believe me when I say I was teased often for always having a
camera.
After my son was born in 2006, I developed an even bigger love of taking
photos. I am amazed by how a simple flash can capture the moment
along with a memory forever. I have taken photos of nature,
children, families and weddings. I prefer to take photos with
natural light and outdoors to create a naturalistic tone.
The name, Simply Taken, is my way of expressing how to
capture the simple everyday things in life that surround us to create
the moment forever.
